Open a free AuthoriseMe account.
Fill in the AuthoriseMe form with your company information, select the country and type waste stream.
You will receive a power of attorney, which you must transmit to AuthoriseMe.
AuthoriseMe will provide you with the authorised representative number. You will need this number as part of your registration process on the DIVID platform.
Our services currently cover the following waste stream in Germany: Single-use plastic. If you deliver this type of products to Germany, there is an obligation to have an authorised representative.

The authorised representative can be seen as a support function to the producer, to better understand these legal requirements and to make sure that all of them are met on time. When commissioning an authorised representative via a power of attorney, which is a legal obligation in several EU member states, you can be sure that you will not unknowingly miss any duties or deadlines regarding your packaging.
You are required to have an authorised representative if you deliver Single Use Plastic products to Germany. You can view the products classified as Single-use plastics (SUP) on page 19 in the following document: EWKFondsG – Single-use plastic
Annual Service fee starts at EUR 99: This fee applies to the initial conclusion of the contract with AuthoriseMe and annual service activities.
Annual Authorised Represantative fee, starting from EUR 75 (plus 2.75 % of EWK fund levies): This fee is charged each year and is based on the quantities placed on the German market.
