If you are already licensing your packaging, WEEE, batteries and tires in Slovakia select your current Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO).*
Proceed with payment or get an individual offer. You will receive the power of attorney, which you must sign and transmit to AuthoriseMe.
AuthoriseMe make sure that you get registered with the Slovakian ministry. The registration takes up to three weeks. You will be notified upon completion.
Our services currently cover the following waste streams in Slovakia: packaging and non-packaging waste, batteries and electronic waste (WEEE), and vehicle tires. If you deliver these types of products to Slovakia, there is an obligation to commission an authorised representative.

In the EU, every member state has different rules and obligations, that producers must follow, when they sell packaged goods. The authorised representative can be seen as a support function to the producer, to better understand these legal requirements and to make sure that all of them are met on time. When commissioning an authorised representative via a power of attorney, which is a legal obligation in several EU member states, you can be sure that you will not unknowingly miss any duties or deadlines regarding your packaging.
You are required to have an authorised representative if you deliver packaged products to Slovakia. Furthermore, this obligation also applies if you deliver non-packaged products, such as plastic, paper, or glass, to Slovakia. In these cases, an authorised representative is also mandatory. The same requirement applies if you deliver WEEE products, batteries, or tires to Slovakia.
Annual Service fee starts at EUR 99: This fee applies to the initial conclusion of the contract with AuthoriseMe and annual service activities.
Annual Authorised Represantative fee, starting from EUR 85: This fee is charged each year and is based on the quantities placed on the Slovakian market.
