Frequently Asked Questions
The flat-rate contract covers quantities of up to 1,500 kg, regardless of material type. No additional reporting obligations apply. If you place SUP (single-use plastic) on the market, additional charges may apply.
If you notice that your packaging quantities exceed 1,500 kg, please contact us promptly so we can adjust your contract accordingly.
For system participation in Austria, you will receive your invoice and contract in the Document Centre. A separate quantity certificate is not issued, as it is not required for Austrian PRO participation.
